50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made 15 days before departure (Domestic) and 21 days before departure (International).
Airfare is subject to change at the time of booking.
Any cost fluctuations due to seasonal demand or government changes will be borne by the guest.
Cancellation charges apply based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. (Refer to full policy below.)
Triptovana is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to government regulations or natural disasters like landslides or floods.
Rooms are subject to availability during peak season. Alternative accommodations of similar standards will be arranged if required.
30% of the total package cost will be charged.
50% of the total package cost will be charged.
75% of the total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided.
